Chinese Signs
This is a collection of photos of signs from China, to help students learn Chinese characters as well as negotiate signs. The language structure of signs often differs from regular language structure, and so it can be helpful to view these before having to deal with real signs in a real setting.

They are grouped - poorly - by the content of the sign.

In order to see a larger version of the photo, hold your mouse over the photo to see the file name (for example IMG_0980.JPG), then place the file name at the end of the following phrase, as:

http://chinesesigns.wikispaces.com/space/showimage/IMG_0980.JPG

into the browser URL bar.

If you have signs you'd like to add, please let me know via the Discussion link.
